Welcome to Hirely, an HR management tool developed and operated by Us. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Hirely platform, website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

Eligibility

To use Hirely:
  • Have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if you’re acting on behalf of a business.
  • Agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
  • Have to show the legal documents of majority in your jurisdiction.

To access Hirely’s features, you must register an account. You agree to:

Truthful and complete – Use your real name, business email address, organization name, and other relevant details during account setup. Accurate at the time of registration – This includes your job role, company department, contact number, and any billing or employee data you may upload.

Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

Keep your login credentials private – Do not share your password or login details with coworkers or third parties unless they are explicitly authorized users on your account. Use strong passwords – Choose a password that’s difficult to guess

Be responsible for all activity under your account

All actions taken from your account – Including employee updates, document uploads, and user management. Monitoring user permissions – If you manage a team, ensure each user has the appropriate level of access to prevent unauthorized activity.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public business, technical, and financial information disclosed in connection with the use of the Service. This obligation continues even after the termination of your account or subscription.

Changes to The Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Hirely after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
